The oxidizing scented emulsion protects the hair from chemical damage during the coloring procedure, and additionally moisturizes the strands. Hair acquires additional thermal protection, becomes obedient, silky and shiny, retains vitality and elasticity. Oxidant Emulsion Oxidant Emulsion is a universal offer compatible with Hair Company brand paints of the lines: Inimitable Blonde, Inimitable Color, Pictura, Hair Light.
It has 5 different concentrations:
1.5% and 3% - will provide tone-on-tone coloring or an order of magnitude darker;
6% - lightening by one tone, for painting over gray hair;
9% - lightening by 2-3 tones;
12% - lightening by 3-4 tones, for very light tones.
Active ingredients: silk extract, white pearl extract.
